The startup’s approach, which analyzes consumer DNA data to predict health risks and personal traits, has sparked controversy over privacy concerns and potential ethical implications.
💰 Oxyle, a Swiss startup tackling water pollution, has raised $16M in a Series A funding round led by Union Square Ventures, with participation from Blue Horizon, SOSV, Better Ventures, and Taavet Hinrikus. The funding will support the company’s efforts to eliminate persistent toxic pollutants (PFAS, also known as "forever chemicals") from water sources using its advanced catalytic water purification technology.
🚗 UVeye, an Israeli startup specializing in AI-powered vehicle inspections, has secured $191M in a Series D funding round led by GM Ventures, with investments from CarMax, W.R. Berkley Corporation, Volvo Cars, Hyundai Motor Company, and OurCrowd. The funding will help expand its automated vehicle inspection technology, which uses AI-driven imaging systems to detect damage and maintenance issues in cars, trucks, and fleet vehicles.
🤖 SkildAI, a robotics and AI automation company, is reportedly in talks for a $500M investment from SoftBank. If completed, the deal would position SkildAI as a key player in industrial robotics, potentially enhancing automation in manufacturing, logistics, and other high-tech sectors.
🎤 ElevenLabs, a UK-based AI voice cloning startup, has raised $180M in a Series C funding round at a $3.3B valuation. Investors include Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Sequoia Capital, SV Angel, and DeepMind co-founder Mustafa Suleyman. The company’s AI-driven voice synthesis technology is being used to replicate human voices, including bringing deceased celebrities "back to life" digitally and revolutionizing entertainment, gaming, and media production.
🤖 BOW, a robotics software startup, has raised £4M ($5.1M) in funding and announced the addition of Liz Upton, former Raspberry Pi Foundation executive, to its leadership team. The funding will help BOW advance its mission to simplify programming for robotics developers, making automation more accessible across industries.
🏥 Quibim, a Spanish health-tech startup, has secured $50M in a Series B funding round to advance AI-powered human digital twins. The company, backed by Amadeus Capital Partners, XTX Ventures, and Alta Life Sciences, is using artificial intelligence to simulate human biology for personalized medical treatments and diagnostics, aiming to revolutionize precision medicine, cancer detection, and drug development.
📊 Athenic AI, a US-based data analytics startup, has secured Seed funding (amount undisclosed) from Notable Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Data Collective. The company aims to become the "central nervous system" for enterprise decision-making, using AI to integrate, analyze, and automate data workflows for businesses.
🩺 KODE, a U.S.-based startup specializing in medical coding and data management, has raised $27 million in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Noro-Moseley Partners, with participation from Mercury, FCA Venture Partners, Epsilon Innovation Fund, and 111 West Capital. The investment aims to enhance their AI-driven platformto improve efficiency in healthcare administrative processes.
🧠 Rad AI, headquartered in the United States, focuses on healthcare generative AI technologies. The company has secured $60 million in a Series C funding round led by Transformation Capital. The investment aims to further solidify Rad AI’s leadership in the field by enhancing its AI-driven solutions for radiology.
🚗 Omnitron Sensors, based in Westwood, California, develops advanced sensor technologies for applications in robotics and autonomous vehicles. The company has raised $13 million in a Series A funding round led by Corriente Advisors, with participation from L'ATTITUDE Ventures. The funding will be used to enhance the reliability of LiDAR systems in challenging environments.
🛡️ Eclypsium, an innovator in infrastructure supply chain security, has closed a $45 million Series C funding round. The investment includes participation from Qualcomm Ventures, Pavilion Capital, Singtel Innov8, and Sixty Degree Capital, along with previous investors Ten Eleven Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, and Madrona. 🔌 VEIR, a leader in superconducting power delivery based in Woburn, Massachusetts, has closed a $75 million Series B funding round led by Munich Re Ventures, with participation from new investors including Microsoft’s Climate Innovation Fund, National Grid Partners, Piva Capital, and Tyche Partners, as well as existing investors. This investment will accelerate VEIR’s commercialization efforts for its innovative solutions serving data centers, utilities, and renewable energy developers.
🛰️ AscendArc, a Portland, Oregon-based startup developing small geostationary satellites, has raised $4 million in funding. The company, founded by ex-Starlink engineer Chris McLain, previously raised $505,000 in a pre-seed round and $3.45 million in seed funding. Investors include Seraphim Space, Everywhere Ventures, Portland Seed Fund, Thermo, and Hunter Communications. The funding will support the development of low-cost, high-bandwidth small GEO satellites aimed at offering superior cost-efficiency.

🍽️ Lever VC Secures $50M for Food & AgTech Investments
Lever VC has closed the first $50 million of its Fund II, targeting early-stage Food and AgTech startups. Backed by institutional investors and leading food companies, it has already invested in Gavan, Oobli, Flox AI, HerdDogg, and Mush Foods.
